The Role:
Working within a purpose-built studio in North London, our client, a bespoke, high-end residential studio are looking for a Senior Project Architect to help guide a wonderful team on several projects within London.
With prior experience creating and leading beautifully designed homes, you would act as the knowledge base for junior members of the team.
If you have previously worked on several high-end residential projects from concept to completion, this is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career within a friendly office. Working on award winning architectural designs, you would have the opportunity to hone in your existing design skills with technical and delivery skills within an exciting and expanding studio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead several projects within the high-end residential sector
- Utilise your previous experience leading a fantastic team of Architects and Part II’s through the production of all drawing packages from planning to construction
- Coordinate and closely collaborate with all consultants, contractors and surveyors from RIBA stages 1-6
- Delivering high-end residential projects simultaneously
- Delegate to the team whilst also creating a collaborative and supportive approach to all members of the team
- Present ideas to clients, councils and other consultants throughout the entire building process
Key Skills:
- ARB Registration within the UK is necessary with previous 3-4 years’ experience managing and delivering high-end residential projects
- Strong proficiency in Sketchup is a must
- Experience within Vectorworks is preferable however use of CAD software is also applicable
- Previous experience delivering high-end residential projects is a must
- Be an all rounder of a designer from design development stages to ability to handle bespoke technical delivery to private clients
- Be able to think quick on your feet when managing tight deadlines
