SalaryJob Title: Senior Project Controller
Location: Frimley, New Malden, Broad Oak, Portsmouth, Cowes, Dorchester, Weymouth, Filton. We offer a range of full, part time or job share roles with hybrid and flexible working arrangements. Please speak to your recruiter about the options for these roles
Salary: Up to 50k (or pro-rata) depending on experience
What you'll be doing:
- Using your range of skills, you will support the planning, monitoring and control of projects which will range in size and complexity
- Support the project team to establish and control baselines, record, verify and report progress and identify programme performance variances and mitigation/opportunities
- Collaborate with various team members to ensure the management of project scope, change, budget & forecasting, scheduling, Key Performance Indicator's, variance analysis (including earned value), risk & opportunity plus governance & reporting
Your skills and experiences:
If you have experience in industry sectors such as Aerospace & Defence, Engineering, Infrastructure projects, Oil & Gas, Energy, Nuclear, Rail, Banking or Consultancies, you will be able to hit the ground running in this new role. However, we're also interested in candidates from other industries who have experience of complex environments and transferable skills to thrive as part of our team.
- Experience in either Project Management, Project Control, Planning/Scheduling, Baseline Control, Cost Estimating, Resource Management, Surveying, Business Analysis or Financial Management within project environments
- You will need to have demonstrable knowledge and experience of all or any of the following: establishing baselines, cost and schedule tracking & reporting, risk and opportunity
- A good understanding/experience of Project Control tools & techniques

As a team, you will be working together and using world-class project control techniques to provide expertise with supporting Project Managers in the delivery of exciting and strategically important programmes within our Maritime & Land Sector businesses.
