What You'll Do:
- Champion Project Success: Proactively identify and resolve potential challenges.
- Master Schedules: Ensure project schedule accuracy and alignment with best practices.
- Control Baselines: Lead the creation and maintenance of integrated schedules.
- Manage Costs: Analyse project costs, pinpoint areas for optimization.
- Mitigate Risks: Develop and implement strategies to minimize impact.
Skills and Backgrounds We Value:
- Nationality: Sole British citizen born in the UK or UK overseas territories.
- Planning Expertise: Experience at various levels, from detailed schedules to high-level plans, ideally with experience of P6.
- Project Structure Mastery: Proficiency in developing and maintaining project structures (WBS/CBS/OBS).
- Analytical Mindset: Skilled in analysing project performance data (schedule, resource, cost).
- Proactive Problem Solver: Identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with P6, ARM, SAP, Power BI, EVM tools is a significant advantage.
- Data-Driven and Collaborative: Ensure data quality, maintain accurate reports, and build strong team relationships.
About You:
- Proven track record in planning and project controls.
- Ability to achieve SC security clearance.
