Senior Project Coordinator Role Overview

The Senior Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service and effective project delivery. Collaborating closely with the Sales and Operations teams, this position demands teamwork and flexibility and you would need to have strong knowledge and experience working in the construction industry. While primarily office-based, it entails occasional on-site visits for surveying and design discussions.

Senior Project Coordinator Responsibilities and Duties

Customer Liaison: Work closely with customers to understand and meet their specific requirements promptly and efficiently, providing top-tier customer service.

Sales Liaison: Collaborate with the sales team to finalize order details and take ownership of contracts, overseeing them through to completion with meticulous attention to detail.

Delivery Coordination: Collaborate with both production and customer site teams to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of goods.

Supplier Liaison Working with suppliers to meet deadlines and negotiate prices on goods supplied to achieve highest profit levels.

Senior Project Coordinator Qualifications and Skills

Prior experience in a construction industry, ideally with knowledge of windows & doors.
