A Senior Project Manager is required to lead and manage projects within a niche property consultancy for a range of clients. Projects cover commercial redevelopments to leisure and industrial schemes. The scope of your role could span monitoring, programme management, feasibility studies, etc. As a result, this is a fantastic role for someone looking for more variety to their role by stepping into a smaller team environment.

Our client is a niche Project Management Consultancy within the property market. They have achieved excellent success in the last 2 years and continue to grow with new project wins across a variety of sectors. The company is based in the West End, London and has a strong reputation for investing in their employees' development and having a diversity of backgrounds within the PM team. They operate with hybrid working allowing for time WFH, but do require travel to projects as necessary.
Description
- Leading and managing property related projects both pre and post contract
- Implementing project plans and ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Coordinating project teams and managing relationships with stakeholders at all RIBA stages
- Assessing and managing risks associated with the projects
- Communicating effectively with project teams and stakeholders
- Reporting project progress and results to senior management and client teams
- Continually improving project management processes and practices within a growing business
Profile
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
- A relevant industry qualification (RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE, etc.)
- Proven experience in leading and managing projects through all RIBA stages, delivery experience is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to report effectively to clients throughout the project life-cycle
- Strong understanding of procurement processes with experience of appointing design teams and main contractors
- Ability to assess and manage project risks proactively and generate solutions
You will be comfortable working in a hybrid role with some travel to projects required (generally London but could be UK wide)
Job Offer
- A salary ranging from £60,000 to £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)
