The selected Senior Project Manager will take charge of multiple high-value office renovation projects across Kent with the first project being in Sevenoaks. This vital role involves managing every aspect of project implementation, from initial planning to successful completion. Responsibilities will cover project strategy, team leadership, budget control, and stakeholder communication, all with a steadfast dedication to excellence.

This opportunity allows the incoming Senior Project Manager to play a crucial role in overseeing several intricate, high-end office fit-out initiatives, presenting substantial prospects for advancement and growth into a senior managerial position.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise project progression from inception to completion.
• Define project objectives, goals, and deliverables in partnership with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Generate and disseminate progress reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations.
• Agilely handle changes to project scope, pinpoint potential challenges, and formulate backup plans.
• Encourage, guide, and motivate project teams and contractors, fostering an environment of collaboration and productivity.

Ideal Candidate for Project Manager:

• Must possess prior Project Management experience with a Main Contractor.
• Experience in high-end or fit-out projects is highly regarded.
• Should hold relevant construction qualifications.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills and a client-oriented approach.
