However, in an environment where demand is rising, inflation is high and there are changes to national policy, we need to change how we work to continue to deliver high quality, person-centred services.
We are looking for 2 Senior Project Managers to join our fast-paced Improvement team. The role depends on close partnership working and excellent communication, therefore your inter-personal skills are fundamental to the role. You will work with a range of stakeholders of varying seniority and experience from across the Council and One Croydon Alliance, often having to translate complex information to audiences of differing backgrounds.
- The post requires substantial evidenced experience of project and change management delivery within a health and social care.
- You will need an exceptional understanding of social care and health delivery and policy.
