Job Title: Senior Project Professional

Salary: £45,326 - £49,834 depending on experience

What you'll be doing:

• Working within a multi-disciplined team ensuring that both the customers and business requirements are met
• Controlling and monitoring projects so that they are delivered to agreed time, cost and quality requirements, regularly reviewing and reporting on progress against plan
• Developing and maintaining key relationships with sub-contractors, customers and other stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are achieved
• Manage emerging risks and opportunities to the benefit of the project or programme
• Supporting bid and tendering processes to ensure bids meet customer needs
• Developing accurate estimates in support of bids, annual budgets or cost to completion, and evaluate 'spend to date' data

Your skills and experiences:

• Experience within a similar role working on complex projects is required
• A willingness to take on people management responsibilities within the team is essential
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation with strong stakeholder management experience is required
• Degree or equivalent experience in a business-related subject, a formal project management qualification or working towards
• Experience in a complex environment

The Project team:

You will be contributing to complex national and international projects within the Air Sector of BAE Systems. Within this role you will be given the opportunity to obtain tangible delivery experience in our Air business.
