Senior Property Inspector
£35,962 per annum + £900 car allowance per annum

Our client is a leading housing association who provides affordable homes with a strong social purpose
They are looking for a Senior Property Inspector who will be responsible for leading a team in conducting stock condition surveys and energy performance assessments across Bath, Bristol, and North East Somerset
Responsibilities
- Manage team resources for stock condition surveys, focusing on data accuracy.
- Oversee improvement projects, ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to the asset management strategy
Requirements:
- Qualified domestic energy assessor with experience in stock condition surveys.
- City and Guilds qualification in Domestic Energy Assessments.
- Proven leadership in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to identify hazards, risks, and defects.
- Passion for housing with a good understanding of domestic construction.
Working Conditions:
Field-based role with the option to work from home or offices.
Flexible working hours: 8 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
