An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Property Management Surveyor to join a leading property Consultancy in London. Offering a salary up to £55,000 per year.
Job Role
Direct communication with institutional fund management clients Supervision of several other property managers, graduates and on-site staff. Building and maintaining close professional relationships with clients, occupiers and colleagues Prepare formal and detailed client reports on the Property Management service, on a monthly and on an ad hoc basis. You will prepare and oversee the service charge expenditure while ensuring occupiers comply with all lease obligations. Overseeing the provision of common services to properties and tenants. Working with landlords and occupiers on all other matters relating to the clients’ property portfolio. Undertaking or arranging property inspections. Assisting clients in the acquisition and disposal of properties. Dealing with occupier applications for consent to assign, sublet and alter.
Skills required
Previous Commercial Property Management experience is essential MRICS is preferred however not essential IT compliant (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Previous use of Property Management database
