Your new role
In this role you will be looking after a national portfolio of offices, labs, and tech space. You will be the expert when it comes to service charges going round the business and reviewing what is working well, what is not and how it could be improved. If you're a problem solver who enjoys engaging with people, this is the role for you.
What you'll need to succeed
An experienced project manager with experience looking after commercial properties, service charges, budgets, rent reviews and lease renewals. Ideally, MRICS chartered though if you have the right experience, you will still be considered.
