Senior Sales/Assistant Manager

As a Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-end properties, negotiating sales, and providing exceptional customer service.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in sales negotiation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. You should also be highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work well as part of a team, and you must be skilled in generating good level of mortgage referrals for the inhouse independent mortgage advisor.
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 DOE + OTE £35,000, generous holiday entitlement (22 days holiday + bank holidays), and the opportunity to work for a reputable company in the high-end property market. You will also have the chance to develop your skills and progress within the company, with the potential for further career advancement.

Weekends - 1 in 3 Saturdays
