- Design, implement and drive strategic sales plans
- Drive both new customer growth and existing customer revenues
- Drive development, 1-2-1s and regular sales coaching
- Manage and report KPIs and targets
- Drive team growth/recruitment
- Manage stakeholder relationships (divisional leads/product development teams)
- Prior software sales leadership experience (B2B)
- Natural communicator, leader, and motivator
- An inspirational management style
- Challenger, Sandler, Spin or similar sales methodology
- Proven record of over-achievement
