Your Role:
As our Senior Sales Assistant, you’ll be the linchpin ensuring our store operates flawlessly:
* Steer our team towards excellence.
* Deliver unparalleled customer service and handle any concerns adeptly.
* Oversee the store's pristine presentation and visual appeal.
* Achieve sales objectives and boost team morale.
* Juggle between the store's front and back, from tills to restocking.
Who We Seek:
* Proven experience in sales assistance, ideally in a fast-paced retail setting.
* Bonus for having key-holder experience.
* A dynamic personality, grounded in honesty and organisation.
* A robust work ethic with a tendency to thrive in lively atmospheres.
