Senior Property Manager - Lettings Administrator

Our client is a fantastic estate agency seeking to recruit an experienced Property Manager.

Joining a dynamic, fast paced department in a rapidly expanding company. This is a pivotalrole servicing their clients and managing the company's property portfolio. Fostering relationships with landlords and tenants is essential in order to achieve portfolio growth and to provide an exceptional customer experience.Due to the fast based nature of this role at least 1-2 years experience in a similar position is required.

Duties to include:

• Deal with all issues arising throughout the tenancy - mostly maintenance but not limited to.
• Carry out all property visits on their properties, report to Landlord, raise any issues with Tenant and deal with any maintenance issues.
• Dealing with any works that arise as a result of a pre-visit carried out prior to the tenancy starting.
• A call to Landlords and Tenants within 48 hours of the move in to introduce themselves and explain that they will be their contact throughout the tenancy.
• Liaising and raising works orders with contractors through to completion and processing of the same, including collection of monies.
• Following check out arranging quotes for dilapidations from the report and liaising with LL and TT to ensure agreement is reached before releasing deposit with the TDS
• Negotiating deposits at the end of the tenancy
