SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER / TEAM LEADER – Residential Lettings
Location: Wokingham, RG40
Salary: OTE: £35k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
A position has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager / Team Leader to join an established, independent and expanding, local Lettings Agency with offices in the Wokingham area and a thriving Lettings and Property Management department.
You will need to have a great track record in Residential Property Management and previously have been employed in a similar role.
You will be a real people person, be able to build and maintain relationships with Landlords, Contractors and Tenants and be able to show empathy and understanding: you must be able to problem solve effectively whilst staying calm under pressure – all the qualities that someone already in this role will recognise immediately!
In addition, you will be responsible for the managing, motivating and mentoring a small team and overseeing the performance of the department so some managerial skills would be beneficial in this role.
An ARLA qualification or similar would be helpful, but the opportunity to qualify will be offered by the company.
The skills required for this Senior Property Manager / Team Leader (Residential Lettings) role will include:
Experienced in Residential Property Management and AST’sUnderstanding of current lettings legislationHighly organized and able to prioritise workloadProblem solve effectivelyHigh level of customer service skillsGood telephone manner and positive attitudeAbility to work in a pressurised environmentKnowledge of the local Wokingham area helpfulFull Driving License essential and own car preferredARLA qualification helpful or willing to work towards ARLA qualificationThe Company: Our client is an established independent Sales and Lettings agency, with a successful branch in the Wokingham area and a substantial managed property portfolio.
