As the Senior Resident Manager, you will report to the Neighbourhood Manager and play a pivotal role in driving high standards of customer service. Your leadership will be crucial in managing the Property team to ensure smooth operations, supporting Relationship Managers, and resolving resident issues proactively.

- Lead and manage the Property team to deliver exceptional customer service and resident experience
- Drive high standards of property management and resident satisfaction across all platforms
- Inspire, mentor, and coach the team to achieve outstanding performance against all KPIs
- 25 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays (discretionary additional day at Christmas). Days off in lieu if work a weekend or Bank Holiday
