We are currently seeking an experienced product owner and bank integration specialist to join this team in the role of GPS Senior Propositions Manager for Client Integration. This role will have global accountability to develop, deploy and commercialize the next generation of client integration capabilities to meet the needs clients CMB, GB and FI clients globally.
This role is based in London Canada Square, on a hybrid working basis.
In this role, you will:
• Design and lead the development and implementation of client and bank journeys to support the next generation of client integration capabilities globally – simple, global and innovative solutions. Be an advocate for client experience, leveraging market data, client feedback and research to create compelling proposition/ enhanced client experience proposals.
• Create product roadmaps and continuously maintain product backlogs that aligns to the proposition strategy. Balance client needs, business objectives and feasibility while leading the product delivery execution end-to-end. Work in close partnership with technology and operations to ensure interlock with business plans.
• Drive the commercialisation of existing, new or enhanced integration capabilities for client integration in partnership with sales, digital and other product teams with objective to increase usage/uptake of digital journeys and self-service tools. Supporting commercialisation of ERP partnerships will be a key focus.
• Be a thought leader for client integration, presenting on topics such as treasury transformation, and ISO20022 internally and externally.
