To accelerate Business Development across our venue and production spaces in order to maximise income generation to create a sustainable business model. This role proactively develops creative sales strategies to build new pipelines for example in the areas of fashion, music, advertising and film. To cultivate strong relationships with clients and intermediates using our spaces in order to support the activities of the charity. To manage site visits, negotiations through to contract signing stage.

Working hours are within 9.30-17.30 with flexibility to fit around other commitments
Part Time working would be considered
On site presence is required for client visits but home working is possible
Base salary £35,000 per annum plus commission
Leave 30 days per annum
NEST pension
Many of our sites are currently in North London and site visits often take place at unsociable hours so being North-London based will be an advantage.
