Senior Qa Doc Controller

Hobson Prior is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Document Controller. This role involves overseeing daily administrative tasks for the Quality Assurance team, managing electronic user access, document review, approval and release, and maintaining training courses and curriculum. You will also be responsible for managing the Quality Management System and providing support during audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative tasks for the Quality Assurance team.
• Manage electronic user access.
• Review, approve and release documents.
• Set up and maintain training courses and curriculum.
• Act as the first point of contact for document control and Quality Management System issues.
• Lead and execute projects within the Document Control team.
• Provide training to employees on document control and Quality Management System related processes.
• Support continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
• Provide support during audits.
• Manage the Document Management System to ensure all documents are accurate, complete, up-to-date, and comply with regulations and guidelines.
• Create Quality Assurance processes, Standard Operating Procedures, and Policies.

Requirements

• Experience working in a regulated environment.
• Experience in Compliance and Quality Assurance.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and Good Manufacturing Practice.
• Experience overseeing and working with Quality Management Systems.
• IT literate, experience managing and operating an electronic Quality Management System.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
