SalaryOur client, a Construction Consultancy based in Northampton, Bristol and Birmingham are seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them due to continued growth and a busy work stream. The Quantity Surveyor will be based from their Northampton, Bristol or Birmingham, Bristol or Birmingham office, working in the commercial sector predominantly on industrial units. In addition to projects in the education and leisure sectors. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing schemes from inception to completion, working with the project management team.
Quantity Surveyor Position Remuneration
- Salary: £35k - £75k DOE
- Car allowance (enhanced for hybrid / EV's)
- Paid business mileage
- Holiday- 25 days plus BH

Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working as a QS client or consultancy side
- Must hold a Construction Management degree or similar
- Full driving licence
- Must be looking for a long-term role
- Based within reasonable commuting distance of Northampton, Bristol or Birmingham and happy to travel for projects
