The Role
Managing the cost of Projects.
Determining client needs, calculating costs and time-lines and monitoring construction progress.
Dealing with contractual and legal matters.
Managing costs to make sure that the initial budget isn't exceeded.
Arranging staff payments and, at the end of a job, settling the final accounts.

The Candidate
Minimum of 5 years experience
Currently working within a Consultancy
BSC Quantity Surveying
MRICS or ready to apply for membership
