SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR WANTED****
Are you a Quantity Surveyor who has worked on construction or have worked on timber frame projects?
Are you interested in working for an award winning design and build contractor?

You will be responsible for the administration of build contracts with suppliers and sub-contractors and work in collaboration with the buyer department via the chief buyer to ensure that all projects are costed and procured in the most efficient way possible.
Some of of the key measures and targets for you in the business are below:
* Subcontractor performance and cost
* Project cost delivery vs target
* Project cost and accuracy
* Project and annual material spends
There is a very good and simple CRM and purchasing system in place for you!
You will be paid up to £65,000 per annum plus package.
