About the Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has emerged for a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading firm in the utilities infrastructure sector.

The Role:
Candidates with a strong commercial background, regardless of sector, are encouraged to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Commercial Team in ensuring compliance with company systems, processes, and procedures on Contracts.
- Monitoring finances, preparing accurate financial statements, and establishing suitable construction contracts with clients.
- Managing subcontractors, including payment applications and final accounts.
- Assisting Business Development in producing information for PQQs and Tenders.
- Developing the Commercial and Operations Team through training and mentoring.
Experience Required:
- Proficiency in NEC3 or 4 Contracts with target cost, fixed price, and/or cost reimbursable mechanisms.
- Experience in framework and contract mechanisms.
- Experience in Infrastructure and Non-Infrastructure within the water industry preferable.
- Experience in working in a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Experience in the preparation of interim and final accounts.
Desired Skills:
- Clean Driving Licence.
- Ability to develop teams through training and mentoring.
- Ability to work within a delivery team with multiple drivers.
