A principle contractor leading the way with innovative solutions to structurally complex projects, are seeking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor for some truly exciting projects.
They have secured well over £150m worth of work including the award of high profile refurbishment projects within the super prime residential, listed hotels, and heritage arts sectors such as:
• Knightsbridge, refurbishment of a £22m grade 2 listed, 6 apartments
• Mayfair - refurbishment of an art gallery with super prime apartments above - £50m
• Mayfair, refurbishment exclusive private members club, spa, swimming pool, - £50m £40m
• Hyde Park Hotel, conversion into luxury property and apartments, £40m
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be commercially responsible for ensuring the financial success of the project.
This high-level opportunity will suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager looking for a new and exciting challenge.
The Key Attributes:
• Strong and stable employment history with a Tier 1 or 2 principle contractor
• Able to demonstrate successful financial delivery on refurbishment projects over £50m
• Candidates who have experience on super prime or hotel refurbishments will be highly considered.
• Proven experience of taking projects from start to completion.
• Committed, driven with high energy levels.
• Minimum 15 years post graduate experience.
• Willing to commuted daily into Central London.
