Role: Senior Recruitment Consultant
Salary: £30,000 - £55,000 OTE £65,000 plus
Location: Brentford office, Hybrid or 100% remote
Sector: Legal
Timings: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm

BMA Recruitment are a small boutique firm working in the Legal sector since 2013. We have built a great client portfolio and have some great clients who only work with BMA.
We are looking for a 360 experienced Legal recruiter who will inherit a client portfolio and will from the set go have a handful of vacancies needing to be filled.
You will also be required to generate business adding to our client list and working as a 360 recruiter, you will also be given access to a resourcer who will support you with the vacancies needed to be filled.
Experience required for the Recruitment Consultant
- Must have at least 2 years working as a recruiter in the Legal sector
- Manage full 360 recruitment cycle
- 2 years minimum recruitment experience
- Must be enteric and hungry for success
- Proven sales and billing record
- Confident and clear communicator
- Comfortable working in a small team
- Able to manage time and deadline
- Use initiative and think 'outside the box
- Persuasive, persistent and patient
- I.T. literate
- Able to cope well under pressure
- Flexible and adaptable with a mature personality
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Committed to professionalism.
