Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Banking Recruiter with at least 10 years of experience. This permanent, fully remote position is ideal for someone who values a flexible work environment and quality time with family and friends.

Key Responsibilities :

• The Senior Recruitment Consultant's key function is to place temps and contractors within global banks and financial institutions.
• Manage a 360-recruitment process from client engagement to candidate placement.
• Leverage an existing client base and build new client relationships.
• Work independently while supported by a team of business support staff handling back-office administration, contracts, payroll, etc.

Requirements:

• The Senior Recruitment Consultant must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in recruitment, specifically within International Banking or Financial Services.
• Proven track record of managing a successful desk.
• Strong existing client base within the banking and financial sector.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Exceptional understanding of the market, client needs, and job roles without detailed job descriptions.
