Senior Recruitment Consultant – Fundraising
London- Hybrid– £37,800 – £43,200 per annum plus commission
Permanent, Full-time
Charity People is an extraordinary company that believes in extraordinary recruitment. We work with various non-profit organisations to help them recruit more effectively, efficiently, and inclusively. Having been established in 1990, we have placed over 30,000 people into paid and voluntary roles, with inspirational organisations making a real and tangible difference to society, locally, nationally and internationally. We’re not interested in quick wins. Instead, we’re driven by delivering impactful recruitment, and appointments that can genuinely change the world.
We are committed to ensuring that Charity People is an inclusive organisation and that we do better to build a more diverse team. As part of our commitment to recruiting fairly, we use anonymised-selection processes until the interview stage, offer additional interview opportunities to the highest-scoring candidates from under-represented communities, and use ‘tie-breaker’ provisions at all stages of our selection process.
As part of that commitment, we are using positive action in our recruitment. This means we are actively seeking a Senior Consultant from an underrepresented group (people of colour, LGBTQ+ people and disabled people), and if two candidates are equally qualified for the role, we will choose the candidate with this background.
We are looking to expand our Fundraising Team and we’re excited to be hiring a new recruiter to join us. We are interested in finding someone who is naturally curious, someone who loves building relationships with individuals and is passionate about the impact excellent recruitment can have, for both organisations and individuals.
Our fundraising team recruits roles at all levels and manage recruitment campaigns with a variety of non-profit organisations. Your background may come from recruitment or you may be a fundraiser who is looking to transition into a recruitment role.
If you share our values and believe you can bring the energy and commitment we need at this defining moment to raise the bar for charity recruitment in the UK, then we would love to hear from you. Please note that you don’t have to tick all the boxes. If you feel you have other experiences and qualities that would make you a great candidate, then we would be interested in hearing from you.
This role would be a hybrid role with an expectation to travel to our London office twice a week with flexible working.

First stage interview: Thursday 22nd February held virtually.
Second stage interview: w/c 26th February held in-person.
If there is anything we can do to make the process more accessible or for you to perform at your most confident self, please just let us know.
