Senior Recruitment Consultant (REMOTE)
Salary - £35,000 + Commission
OTE - £60,000 year 1, £75,000 year
We are searching for someone with a strong work ethic to start their own recruitment desk with the help of exisiting databases, job boards and contacts across Technology, Construction, Trades and Logistics.
Candidates must however have the following:
- Proven experience in Technology, Construction, Trades or Logistics recruitment profitability (up to senior consultant or higher).
- High standard of english communication
- Competence in Microsoft Office and relevant computing processes
- Ability to sell B2B
- Self start mentality
- Great time management skills
- Actively seek to retain quality contractors, by building long-standing relationships.
- Ability to communicate new job opportunities using CRM, Facebook, Linkedin and Others.
Responsibilities include:
- Resourcing candidates via database, job boards, referrals and advertising
- Identifying the correct candidates for roles and taking them through vetting processes and procedures
- Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job
- Referencing and checking workers have the correct certificates and documents to be on site
- Head-hunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
- Being first point of contact for candidates who are calling and visiting the office
- Business developing new clients and mapping the local and UK businesses within Construction.
- Building candidate relationships
- Advertising vacancies in a wide range of media to pull in the best candidates
- Keeping the recruitment database up to date (data entry)
