Along with a salary of £35,000 per annum, you will also receive an uncapped commission scheme.
The successful Senior Recruitment Consultant/Branch Manager will be predominantly servicing temporary placements, being actively involved in:
- Candidate Recruitment (monitoring staffing levels and ensuring the branch is regularly, advertising, and recruiting temps across the board to meet customer demands)
- Business Development (win new clients via tele & in-person sales, grow existing accounts via cross and up-selling, etc)
- Operational elements that involve matching Candidates with Client vacancies / requirements (take booking requests, brief candidates, manage bookings & deal with any escalations/issues reported by Candidates / Clients)
- Managing two consultants (day-to-day supervision, inspiring / mentoring and monitoring consultants to meet their respective targets / responsibilities)
- Previous experience in the role, or some experience as a Branch Manager/Team Leader within a temporary recruitment environment within the transport & logistics sector
- Comfortability dealing with people from all seniority levels, both on the phone and in person during sales/account management visits, as well as any customer service-related issues
- The ability to lead by example and be comfortable working alongside Consultants in lots of the tasks they do.
The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:30 and there will be a need to participate in an out of hours on call service which will involve taking some out of hours calls if/when require.
