We are looking for a Senior Change Manager to join our amazing team.
Location: Occassional travel required to Gilwell Park, Chingford, London
Salary: £55,206.25 (Band G, Level 3) – inclusive of Market Supplement and Outer London Weighting
Term: Permanent
Working Hours: 35 hours per week

About the Senior Change Manager Role:
This is an exciting chance to play a central role in delivering our Skills for Life strategy which will change how we do scouting for years to come. You will play a critical role in leading and continuously improving our Change Management function to ensure they work as effectively & efficiently as possible. The candidate will have the opportunity to make a real difference to young people as they develop skills for life.
What we are looking for in our Senior Change Manager:
- Familiarity with change management theory, tools and techniques to deliver user adoption, behaviour and culture change, change impact assessments, and training
- Understanding of practical communication and engagement techniques
- Understanding of user experience or service design methodologies
- Highly developed interpersonal, advocacy, negotiation and communication skills to be able to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- A thorough understanding of current and emergent change management theories and approaches.
- Capable and confident in presenting to and leading large groups of people in meetings and workshops
- Can effectively communicate the benefits of change, or influence and persuade others to adopt change.
- Ability to build strategic collaborative relationships and partnerships.
- Ability to deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to balance emerging and tight timelines and organise your own and your team’s priorities.
- Experience of the development and implementation of significant parts of an organisation’s overall change and transformation portfolio, utilising change management methodology
- Experience working with senior stakeholders to understand, manage and challenge their assumptions about change.
- Experience of working in a matrix type environment, engaging with multiple sponsors and stakeholders.
