Senior Recruitment Consultant

Formed in the midst of a global pandemic in September 2020 we have recently completed our 3rd year in business and have some very exciting targets for year 4! We are way ahead of all the targets we have set ourselves, have some very exciting plans for the next year and are now looking further our expansion but hiring a senior consultant to work alongside one of the directors of the business in growing and continuing to build our existing white collar business.
You will be dealing with technical / management level vacancies, and so will have the presence, maturity and confidence to speak with business owners and senior leaders.
We've built a strong client base, a good reputation in the industry and we have an established client and candidate base for you to work with.
You will be part of friendly team who will provide you will all the essential training and development to become a successful Recruitment Consultant.
We operate in 2 niche sectors in construction recruitment, so whilst any knowledge of these sectors would be useful, it is not essential - as long as you have a good base of recruitment experience.
You will be will be given sector specific training by the owners of the business to give you some of the best possible training and advice possible, to make a success of your recruitment career. All we ask, is that you show determination and a will to win.

The successful candidate will have:
Recruitment Experience (in-house, resourcing, sales)
Competence with IT
