An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Senior Recruitment Manager to join a dynamic team in Bristol. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a proven track record in recruitment or business development, who is ready to lead a team of expert recruiters and develop key client relationships.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters, each specialising in a specific market sector.
- Drive business development and create key client relationships to support your team’s success.
- Work collaboratively with your team and co-members to maximise coverage within your geographical area.
- Analyse data and trends to identify growth opportunities and maximise business potential.
- Manage and drive productivity in a high-pressure environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing or leading a high-performing team within recruitment or business development.
- Skilled in supporting and developing team members, both new and experienced in recruitment.
- Highly organised, motivated, and driven to succeed.
- Ability to manage and drive productivity in a demanding role.
- Strong analytical skills to maximise growth and business opportunities.
