Job DescriptionDue to an exciting period of growth National Care Group are looking to recruit a Senior Regional Business Administrator in the South East.
This role will be to support the regions Regional Operations Director and Regional Operations Managers and be responsible for line managing the regions Business Administrators, ensuring effective cover and support is provided.
The position is Monday-Friday, Full and Part Time Applications will be considered.
Salary - £24,000
Role and Responsibilities:
This role is to support the wider business, working within a fast-paced environment. You will ensure that the back-office duties and processes carry on with efficiency and accuracy to enable to smooth running of the business. Key tasks include but are not limited to:
To support the regional management team (ROD and/or ROMs) and regional BAs with agreed deliverables.
Oversight, management and auditing of Staffplan data, IWS records, employee files etc
Oversight, management and auditing of contractual documents in partnership with the ROM/AOM and Head of Referrals
Support the ROM/AOM with administrative tasks such as minute taking, data analysis, report preparation, HR related tasks and support during absence.
Assist and collaborate with the national finance team regarding financial queries and escalate accordingly.
Line Management and Development of all regional BA’s.
