We are looking for an exceptional Registered Manager to lead on our specialist Learning Disability and or Autism, Dementia, and Lifelong Care Service.

Job Role Summary
Whitmore Vale Housing Association is registered with CQC to provide Care, Support, and Housing in Surrey. We specialise in services for people with Learning Disabilities and or Autism and;
- Dementia
- Lifelong Care
- Enablement

The role has line management responsibility for the Registered Care Services in Hindhead.

- Ensure we maintain good practice in our areas of work, meet Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and other related standards.
- Ensure we have constant referrals in order to meet our occupancy targets.
- Be a motivational leader and inspire your workforce as a whole to excellence.
- Work in partnership with families, colleagues, and commissioners.
- Ensure the organisations polices are up to date and relevant in the current environment and that the organisation is managed in line with current best practice, including effective risk management.
- Lead by example, building a culture of high achievement and accountability where all staff are valued and well equipped to do their job.
