Senior Reporting / Syndicate Accountant - Insurance

A great opportunity for an insurance accounting professional with experience of Lloyd's reporting to join a successful and long-established Lloyd's underwriter. The role will be key in the delivery of the accounts for the managing agency and supporting Lloyd's regulatory reporting. Duties will range from:

• Preparation of the syndicate trial balance
• Preparation of the quarterly syndicate VAT return
• Preparation of the quarterly Riesco
• Review of investment revaluations against investment manager valuations
• Review of LCA reconciliations
• Delivery of AF1 and QF1 returns
• Management of syndicate bookkeeping activities and staff
• Acting as key point of contact for the Lloyd's regulatory reporting function
• Involvement in a number of projects and the ongoing development of processes in line with company growth and development.

Candidates should demonstrate Lloyd's accounting experience either currently or historically.
