A Senior Research Analyst is required by an International Financial firm, to work in their Corporate Research Department focussed purely on the Real Estate Market.
The role requires you to manage one of the company's key sectors in the EMEA region. This position will require you to manage a team of analysts and find competitive advantages in new industries for the company. Candidates with corporate strategy and research experience are sought.
Permanent – London – 2/3 days hybrid working in office
Key requirements for the role:
- Financial Modelling/Financial Analysis
- Background in Real Estate and an understanding of the market
- Corporate research/planning/strategy
- Financial Services
In return this client will offer a very competitive starting base salary and an additional performance bonus of circa 25/30%. You will be joining a leading Global Financial services business in a growth area for the Company.
