You will be a sales superstar with 3-5 years experience in Estate Agency. You will be self-motivated, wanting to work as part of a team and eager to impress. As a SeniorSales Associateat this exceptional expanding company,you will be joining a strong brand and dynamic team that has a vibrant work-ethic covering all aspects of agency.
Responsibilities for this Sales Consultant role will include:
- Manage and prioritise business opportunities.
- Provide a positive, initial point of contact for sellers and buyers.
- Carry out viewings and gather buyer feedback.
- Stay aware of the market conditions and offer professional advice.
- Refer customers who require advice on mortgage and conveyance products.
- Ability to build great relationships.
- Demonstrate your ability to gain commitment from buyers and sellers.
- Hands on approach - the ability to list property would be an advantage.
- Strong estate agency core skills.
- Customer focused and team player.
- GBP20k - GBP22.5k basic salary DOE.
- Car allowance.
- OTE GBP45k - GBP50k
