Background
Victor’s Executive Jet Charter Department was established in 2011 and has enjoyed impressive growth since its inception. The Role
- To be an on-demand point of contact for your allocated members, and customers.
- To KYC (Know Your Customer) call new and existing Victor members allocated to you to verify their interest, better understand their private travel requirements, and explain the benefits of using Victor in order to persuade them to book their jet charter flights with us.
- To proactively generate sales by ‘mining’ existing prospects to build rapport and ascertain where and when they are next traveling, with the aim of activating new charter requests for sales conversion.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with Victor customers who you account manage through regular contact and impeccable customer service
- To build and maintain strong relationships with your peers in the Aircraft Sourcing and Flight Management teams to deliver fast and reliable customer service to your clients.
- To be engaged and contribute to Victor’s company culture.
Requirements
- Natural interpersonal skills.
- A motivated and pro-active ‘self-starter’ attitude.
- Prior HNWI client relationship or sales experience.
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment and operate efficiently in time-sensitive and occasionally stressful situations.
- A confident verbal communicator with a polite and professional phone manner.
- Excellent written communication skills. Competent IT skills.
- Availability to work weekends when required (a day in lieu will be provided for every weekend day worked).
