Our established and well known events client is looking for an experienced sales Executive to join them
About the client:
Our client is an events venue bringing together ice skating, bowling, Curling and AR darts. and on-site diner. They now urgently require a Senior Sales Executive to handle large group bookings and events due to increased demand
About the role:
The venue offers its clients incredible event spaces which are available for a wide variety of corporate Competitive socializing and private events all year round. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be a key player in driving and converting group bookings.
You will be engaging with clients, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting with enquiry handling and event co-ordination from start to finish of the customer journey.
- Managing client budgets and ensuring quotes align with venue budgets
- To diligently use Collins Booking systems (Design my Night) to manage sales & business pipelines.
- Ensure that information is correct, up to date and administrated perfectly following our customer journey processes.
- To ensure forecasted revenue is up to date at all times for reporting.
- Uses negotiating skills, strong judgement and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts.
- To maximise revenue for each event, upselling the product at every opportunity
- Liaise with the venue operations team to ensure each event is run effectively.
- To work on your own initiative, under pressure and to deadlines
- Follows all policy documents including the office code of conduct.
- To conduct show rounds and filming recces, including walk-in appointments, demonstrating a full knowledge of the venue activities, and tailoring to meet the client’s needs.
- To carry out mystery calls on a quarterly basis to competitors.
- To promote a professional image at all times by being smartly dressed and presented.
The details:
- Immediate start.
- Vibrant Central London Location
- You may be expected to attend client show rounds on-site.
- Travel will be expensed.
- Working days are depending on business needs between Mon > Sat • Working hours are between 30 - 45 depending on business needs,
- Peak and off peak seasons • Rate: £12 - £14 per hour + Annual £4,000 Bonus Package
- Office operating hours are 7 days a week between 9am - 8pm
Shifts are rota based and created 1 week at a time - You must be available to work some weekends and some mid-week evening shifts until 7pm.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the events industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate and convert organic leads to drive business growth.
