Are you a dedicated Sales Negotiator looking to join a renowned Property Services company with a rich history? Seeking an organised and proactive individual to support the Sales team in delivering excellent customer service and administrative duties. Becoming a household name in the industry, this team is dedicated to providing excellent, unparalleled service and expertise in Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Leicestershire, and The Cotswolds areas.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets.
• Handle enquiries effectively, converting them into viewings or market appraisals.
• Follow up on previous viewings for further feedback and buying decisions.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to vendors.
• Make outbound calls to generate viewings for properties.
• Ensure regular updates are provided to vendors and buyers.
• Provide administration support including sales property folders, document checklists, and compliance checks.
• Conduct compliance checks including Anti-Money Laundering for all clients.
• Create live 'for sale' listings.

Requirements

• Two or more years' experience as a Sales Negotiator or similar role.
• Proactive approach with a can-do attitude, target driven to get results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Smart, professional, and personable demeanour.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Determination to generate new business and maximise opportunities.
• Strong organization, time management, and prioritisation skills.
• Flexible and adaptable approach.
• Positive attitude with problem-solving skills.
• Negotiation skills to achieve the best outcomes.
• Full, clean UK Driving License.
• Right to Work in the United Kingdom.

Hours of Work

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00am - 5:30pm
• Alternate Saturdays with time back in lieu
