SalarySenior Sales Support Coordinator
We’re looking for a superstar Sales coordinator to join our client based in Bracknell. But it doesn’t stop there, this administrator extraordinaire needs to be super client/customer driven, people orientated and thrive working in a busy and exhilarating environment of fast paced tech!
You will provide critical administrative support to the Head of Sales and Procurement, whereby processing complex orders within a global market, always ensuring tip-top service delivery. If you take great pride in providing a superior service, then please keep reading.
Key duties include:
- Breaking down quotes and sending out pricing upon approval
- Upload and send out detailed orders, confirmations and tracking
- Ordering stock and following up and tracking for arrival
- Raising supplier GRMs and ensuring they are shipped back where appropriate
- Processing purchase orders to suppliers
- Approving invoices – ensuring accuracy
- Managing backorders
- Booking and coordinating pallet shipments, inbound and outbound
- Using the CRM system to input data
- Raising customer RMA tickets
- Managing the Head of Sales’ inbox
- Distributing and logging new leads
- Input data into Hubspot
- Answering and distributing incoming calls
- Any other ad hoc duties required as and when required
- Please note that you will need to be flexibly and available occasionally in the evening to log on and process some orders, due to International clients.
Key requirements
- 2 years plus in a similar position, administrator support in a busy sales environment
- Strong IT skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Knowledge and experience of using a CRM system
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner and email communications
- Ability to follow processes
- A positive attitude and a team player.
