My Birmingham based client is looking for a Senior Sales Support to assist their thriving Sales departments!

Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide support across all Sales Teams to assist with cover during periods of heavy workload or absence.
- Taking new enquiries and quoting on various finance packages and understanding the different finance products.
- Support the Account Managers with any marketing initiatives to generate new business e.g., mail shots, customer calls, etc as and when required.
- Package proposals to send to funders and follow up as necessary with an understanding of funder criteria's and rates.
- Handle customer queries, working through differences to come to a positive customer outcome; using a variety of styles to negotiate appropriately.
- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
- Responsible for supporting Account Directors to develop new business.
- Ensure all systems are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
- Any other duties required by management.
- Maintain and develop existing dealer relationships in order to secure new and future revenue.
- Responsible for keeping dealers, funders and customers fully updated during the sales process.
- Working with the Sales Support team and other Senior Sales Support as and when required.
- Work collaboratively with the Accounts and Underwriting department to ensure correct processes are adhered to.
- Participate in all mandatory training as required.
- Keep up to date with Compliance regulation updates including any changes to Sales.
Skills and experience required:
- Strong sales focus and motivated to achieve targets.
- Good business sense and an understanding of market principles
- Excellent telephone communication and negotiation skills
- A positive attitude and able to work on own initiative.
- Excellent planning & organisation skills
- Passionate and a good team player.
