We’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience managing SEO in a fast paced growth business
- Strong working knowledge of website analytics and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, SERanking, Screaming Frog)
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, including website structure, crawling and indexing and on-page optimisation
- Able to propose long-term strategies and create long-term testing plans related to organic growth
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- CMS experience
- Experience of managing content across multiple territories and using hreflang accordingly
- The enthusiasm to keep abreast of industry changes. Possess the ability to adapt to new developments that may impact SEO management and best practice.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning, traffic building, and reporting of multiple websites/domains accounts across UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities
- Optimise website structure and content to improve search engine visibility
- Run competitor analysis, and keyword gap analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content and web developers, to ensure SEO best practices are being implemented
- Recommend and implement changes to website architecture, content, offsite, and other factors to improve SERP positions for target keywords.
- Create and maintain detailed reports on SEO performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Work with the Paid Media Manager and Head of Performance to reach channel search growth targets and strategy alignment.
