Our Client a highly regarded family run automotive business the Norwich area is seeking a highly motivated Vehicle Service/Senior Service Advisor to join their busy Garage. Our client is a well-established and highly regarded business. They strive to provide excellent customer service.
The successful Vehicle Service Advisor will be expected to have excellent customer service skills, you will be confident in your ability to deal with a wide range of people in a friendly and professional manner and participate and work effectively in a busy environment as a member of the team. Your duties will include responding to customer enquiries relating to service and repairs, ensuring the vehicle will be ready at the time agreed and advising the customer as necessary. It is essential that the chosen applicant has a minimum of 1 years motor trade experience .
