Position: Senior Service Coordinator
Salary: up to £32000 PA
Contract: Permanent
Location: Warwick, CV34
Working Shifts: 37.5 hrs p/w, hybrid (3 home, 2 office)
Our client are a charity and are looking for a Service Coordinator to join their team.
Reporting to the Services Director, Service Coordinator duties include:
- Scheduling of wellbeing hub bookings
- Resolving any scheduling issues
- Responding to queries or requests from the volunteers
- System onboarding set ups
- Supervision of service employees and volunteers (approx. 30)
- Liaising with external suppliers
- Arranging service meetings once a month
- Maintaining the active volunteers list
- Working closing with the Learning and Development Manager with any onboarding administration duties
- Training new staff/volunteers
- Scheduling helpline team members (employees and volunteers)
- Working closely with our Data Analyst team to produce Director reports
- Creating monthly schedules and monitoring the take up on these.
- Some out of hours working required (rota).
Service Coordinator person specification:
- Confident communicator
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Resolution abilities, requiring excellent communication skills
- Ability to write management reports each month (excellent Excel and Word skills).
- Experience of or an interest in the mental health charity sector
- Proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
