• Basic Salary: Circa £30,000, plus bonus OTE £36,000
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm, plus Saturday mornings on a rota basis

 Senior Service Advisor Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Focus: Handle customer enquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Service Scheduling: Greet customers warmly, schedule services efficiently, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with customers both in person and over the phone, addressing their queries and providing updates on their vehicles.
• Team Leadership: Operate as a proactive supervisor within a collaborative team of advisors, fostering a positive working environment.
• Mechanic Liaison: Coordinate with mechanics to provide customers with timely updates on their vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Sales Expertise: Utilise your sales skills to upsell products and services, enhancing customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.
• Administrative Excellence: Handle administrative duties accurately and efficiently, ensuring smooth operations within the service department.

 Requirements for Senior Service Advisors:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
