About The Role
As our Senior SHE Advisor you can expect to:
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure project safety and compliance, providing coaching and support to project leads and regional leadership in risk identification and mitigation.
- Lead investigations into incidents, guiding project teams on investigation techniques, while also ensuring timely completion of project risk assessments and plans.
- Champion the use of EcoOnline for incident recording and action tracking, while supporting local project teams and regional leadership in bid preparation, emphasizing risk awareness in design and pre-construction phases.
**In this particular role, you can expect to lead the Health and Safety across multiple projects.
