Exciting Opportunity for a Contract Site Agent in Civil Engineering!
Join a reputable Main Contractor operating in the Exeter area. With diverse projects spanning across Devon, this role promises variety and challenge. We are seeking a skilled Site Agent with expertise in site supervision and management, possessing valid CSCS & SMSTS certifications. Experience in highways, structures, and drainage is essential.
As the Site Agent, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing project direction. Your responsibilities include monitoring project progress, ensuring adherence to client specifications, and addressing any deviations from timelines. With your keen eye for detail and proactive approach, you'll ensure successful project delivery that exceeds client expectations.
You will be required to be on site weekly so you will need to live within a commutable distance of the Exeter area and be prepared to travel across Devon when required.
This is a contract position paid self employed CIS on a generous day rate.
