About You
We are seeking to appoint a proactive individual who is proven within a Site Manager role and has a track record of delivering new build residential schemes and can successfully lead a site team to deliver an exceptional quality product, with key focus on detail and quality.
Due to continual expansion our Southern Division Construction Team require the post holder to be within a commutable distance of our site in Wichelstowe
Our developments are fast-paced, and you will need to be assertive and calm under pressure in order to achieve critical objectives, without compromising quality standards, and meet numerous construction deadlines, whilst liaising with a wide range of external contractors, suppliers, and in-house teams across different business functions.
The Role
Reporting to the Contracts Manager the Senior Site Manager will manage a building site to ensure that the development is built to Company and NHBC standards using specified drawings and instructions, within budget and on programme.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of site-based project and manage the control and delivery of our construction projects supervising all direct labour and ensuring that all work is kept on programme. You will assist and promote the important of customer relations to the site-based team and ensure that health, safety, and environmental performance standards are achieved.

Your attributes
You will have:
- You will have a sound knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation and holds a black or white CSCS card
- Ideally have or be working towards NVQ Level 3, or NVQ Level 4 Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Manager Accreditation programme.
- Demonstrate exceptional performance, usually by completing at least 2 projects on programme and within budget.
- Be a qualified First Aider at Work.
- Good computer skills and experience are required as data input onto a system is a requirement of the role.

- Project Oversight: Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure that a development is built to Company and NHBC standards within budget and on programme
- Safety Focus: Prioritise and enforce strict safety standards on-site, ensuring the well-being of our site team and visitors
